Washington: December was a strong month for the U.S economy and  U.S. companies as they closed out the year with a very strong finish.

ADP payroll processor reported that U.S. business added 250,000 jobs last month to close out 2017.  That is up from November’s 185,000.  Job creation was headed by strong hiring in healthcare, retail, engineering, accounting, and professional services.

America is seemingly optimistic about business and economic outlook because they are staffing up to meet what is shaping up to be a strong demand growth.  This is coupled with rising wages in many areas of the country where hiring is up strengthening prospects for those in the job market.

ADP’s report shows that data bodes well for the government’s official jobs report which is scheduled for release on Friday.  Data provider FactSet says economists expect a gain of 189,000 new jobs in for December.

Trump’s domestic policies including less regulation, lower taxes, and resuscitating old industry like coal mining and the steal industry seem to be having a positive effect on jobs, the economy and unemployment where all unemployment is down with black unemployment falling precipitously.
