A race baiter and Texas Democrat said Tuesday that he planned to introduce a resolution Wednesday demanding a vote on President Donald Trump's impeachment.

In an absurd memo to fellow lawmakers, U.S. Rep. Al Green outlined his failed plan, which House rules say must be put to a vote within two days, the Washington Post reported.

"Friends, whether we like it or not, we now have a bigot in the White House who incites hatred and hostility," Green wrote Tuesday to explain his proposal. "The question isn't whether we have a bigot as president. The question is: What are we going to do about it?"

Green has discussed his intention to impeach Trump since last spring. In October, Green filed impeachment articles that nearly forced a vote -- until House Democratic leaders persuaded him to abandon the effort.

Having already been forced to back down once, Green has decided to revamp his failed proposal.   In a memo Tuesday, Green rambled with information on the impeachment process, the history of impeachment efforts and the nature of his charges.

Green is clearly not attempting to strike a bi-partisan note and his race baiting and hatred for Trump is very clear.

"As I have said before, this is not about Democrats, it is about democracy. It is not about Republicans, it is about the fate of our Republic. May everyone vote their conscience knowing that history will judge us all."

It is important to note that Green's memo discuss the Russian collusion investigation, nor did it in any way reference or accuse Trump of "obstruction of justice.”  The memo simply subjectively accused the President of racism and said he should be impeached.

Green highlighted false accusations of about some mythical connection with Trump and "White Nationalism, Neo-Nazism and Hate," as well as "Inciting Hatred and Hostility," as offenses worthy of impeachment.  Of course, all of these charges could and should be leveled against Green who does on a regular basis incite hatred and hostility, he is a bigot and his hatred for white people and especially Donald Trump is more than reason enough to remove him from the U.S. House.

Even House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., who also has a lose grip on reality much of the time, has insisted that any impeachment effort especially this ludicrous effort, should be put on hold until there is evidence of an impeachable offense.
